Doja Cat enlisted Nicki Minaj for a remix of her viral track, “Say So.”

For the highly-anticipated collab, which dropped on Friday (May 1), Nicki put a new spin on the retro track as she took on a verse and closed out the remix.

"Every time I take a break, the game be so boring/ Pretty like Naomi, Cassie, plus Lauryn/ Spittin' like Weezy, Foxy, plus Lauryn/ Ball like the Rams, see, now that's Gordon," she raps. "They don't understand the bag talk, I'm foreign/ When they think they top the queen, they start fallin'/ Word to my a**-shots, I'm so cheeky/ Got 'em tryna palm my a** like young Keke."

As fans know, the original version of "Say So" appeared on Doja's sophomore album, Hot Pink, in 2019. However, the track gained popularity earlier this year, peaking at No. 5 on the the Billboard Hot 100 chart, after going viral on TikTok.

The remix comes just over a week after Doja set the record straight about her rumored beef with Nicki. As fans know, Doja was accused of dissing Nicki's fanbase, the Barbz, after a misunderstanding with a few of Nicki's fans.

"[A fan of mines] saw this art that someone drew of me, Nicki and Meg, in that order. So Nicki was in the middle and it was a Rolling Stone cover, but Nicki was in the middle, rightfully so. Meg was on the right and I was on the left and this guy commented, 'I'd like to see Doja in the middle,'" Doja recalled of the incident that took place last month. "And then someone commented back to him, 'Gosh, men. Men these days, they're so messy. They just want problems all the time.' And I saw that comment and I was like, 'God, you have to bring like someone's gender into stuff and that's what makes you look stupid.'"

“This person was bullying him at this point and just saying just mean, horrible things,” she continued. “I’m standing up for this guy and then I’m just getting upset with everybody. And then I said, ‘These people are idiots. They’re children, they’re scum.’ Because they were, those five people are scum. They suck. They literally suck. They don’t even know who they are.”t

It didn't take long for the #DojaCatIsOverParty to begin trending on Twitter as the Barbz continued to argue over the photo and Doja's comments.

"They start spinning it that I'm talking about every single person who likes Nicki Minaj when they don't even know I'm the biggest Nicki Minaj fan," Doja clarified, referring to how people assumed she hated the Barbz as well as Nicki Minaj because she stood up for the guy. "So they're stupid. They don't even know me. So they're saying things that they have no idea what they're talking about."
