ZAYN Hops On A Remix Of SHAED's 'Trampoline'

If you didn't think that SHAED's smash "Trampoline" could get any dreamier, think again as ZAYN has hopped on a remix to the sleeper hit, which was first released in 2018.

For the new rendition, which dropped on Thursday (September 26), the former One Direction bandmate delivers soothing vocals to contribute to lead singer Chelsea Lee's offering. While he doesn't add a new verse to the track, the 26-year-old's vocals and delivery ease right into the production of the self-produced hit as he shares verses and hook duties with Lee. "Trampoline" was co-produced by Alex Mendoza and Grant Eadie. "Max and Spencer were visiting their parents and watching old home videos," Chelsea previously said of her bandmates' inspiration behind the song. "There’s a video where the twins are jumping up and down on a trampoline, and the film had this dreamlike, distorted quality to it. The first line of the song is a direct reference to that, but the rest of the lyrics evolved into a story about embracing and falling in love with our biggest fears."

ZAYN's remix of the track marks his first offering since the English and Spanish versions of "A Whole New World" with Zhavia Ward and Becky G off this year's Aladdin soundtrack. For One Direction fanatics, it's an exciting time as all five of the members have been active in the spotlight for one reason or another. While Harry Styles recently covered Rolling Stone to tease his upcoming album, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson have both released new singles. Meanwhile, Niall Horan is set to release his comeback single in the very near future.
